2023 One Act Showcase

Yorktown Theatre IV students will debut their final projects of the year over the course of four days, beginning on Wednesday, May 10th in the Black Box Theatre.

Seventeen (17) students wrote 15 original short plays for the Spring One Acts, using the Theatre I-III students as their actors and working with Tech Theatre students to design technical elements for their shows.

No two plays are alike and the scope of characters and plots promises to delight, surprise and disturb audience members. There is no entry ticket to see these performance, which are all held in the intimate Black Box Theatre located adjacent to the main stage at Yorktown.

All plays will have a final performance in an all-day festival on Saturday, May 13 beginning at 11 am and concluding at10 pm. There will be short breaks between each show and longer breaks during Saturday’s all-day theatre festival.

Come support these talented seniors!
